This outdoor Aledo Texas maternity session including the whole family is so cute I can hardly stand it! Sometimes maternity sessions focus on only mom, but this momma wanted to include the whole family which is so much fun! Her two daughters are so very excited about having another sibling, and even more excited because the new baby will be a baby brother! They’ll be evening out the girl to boy ratio in the family a little bit, and are excited for the ways a baby boy will teach them all new things. Baby boy is going to have a whole team on his side! These two soon to be big sisters were such a joy to photograph, their happiness was contagious and I love how involved and happy to be there they were. It was cool to see them so excited, since they are at ages where they really understand the concept of a new baby in the house. Mom is going to have to incredible little helpers for her third baby! It’s always such a special thing to experience your kids becoming big siblings and taking on new roles in the family.
Some of my favorite images from this Aledo Texas maternity session are the ones of mom and dad together! After all, everything started with the two of them and they are growing such a beautiful and loving family together. I love the genuine laughter and big smiles I got from these two in their solo images. It helps of course that I always try to help parents relax in images of just the two of them by making quite possibly the cheesiest jokes ever. These two were easy to get into a groove with. They are such a strong foundation for their kids and it’s easy to see they belong together!
