The perfect time to do a mile stone session for your little one is at six months old. At six months they can sit up independently allowing me to capture their sweet personalities in a whole new way. These sessions are always full of drool, wide eyes, and most importantly – funny faces! For Carter’s six month mile stone session we used an adorable bear knit cap and knit animal. Six month olds are perfect on their own, but props just add to the goofy happiness of these images!
At six months old, your child is growing and changing SO quickly. Stop time if only for a moment with these images. Those tiny hands will soon feel bigger when you hold them, their fascination with their fingers and toes will fade, and their teeth will start to show before you know it. Carter’s parents will be able to look back on these images five, ten, twenty years from now and remember fondly their sweet six month old.
